Returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card or PayPal) within 5–10 working days after we receive the return. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank or mobile transfer.
